Service Information
As CWPs, we are skilled to deliver low-level interventions to children, young people, and their families, based on a type of therapy called
We deliver individual sessions to young people 12+ for mild-moderate difficulties such as anxiety and low mood.
For younger children (ages 5-11) we support parents through 1:1 parent-led interventions for child anxiety or challenging behaviour.

Please note: This service is for mild to moderate difficulties. When child is under 12, parent needs to be open to parent work. Both adolescents and parents need to be willing to engage with strategy-based support and have clear goals they want to work towards.
