Friendships leaflet
This leaflet, created by the Islington School Wellbeing Service, explains the importance of friendships in providing a sense of acceptance, comfort, and helping to shape who we are outside of our families. It highlights how friends can support us in different ways, whether emotionally, practically, motivationally, or simply by offering companionship. It also gives tips on how to reflect and rebuild friendships after a fallout, with advice on self-care, seeking a second opinion, and starting an open conversation.
