Description
JTeen support
Our JTeen trained counsellors and qualified therapists are ready via text and phone to provide teenagers with confidential, non-judgmental support. Our team are supported at all times by supervisors, clinical experts and safeguarding leads.
JTeen educate
We deliver workshops to teens in a range of educational settings on a variety of vital topics. Qualified therapists deliver awareness training to teachers to enable them to recognise and respond effectively to students who are struggling. Our summer camp wellbeing campaign has already been a huge success in training camp counsellors and preparing campers.
JTeen parent
This programme is designed to provide parents with regular seminars on topical areas, with expert speakers and presenters offering guidance and advice to parents in navigating their childrens’ adolescence.
JTeen response
Schools or organisations can contact our crisis response team to provide either group therapy or individual trauma support for teenagers struggling with a traumatic event that has affected them personally or the community they belong to.
JTeen prevent
The data we have collected through thousands of conversations on JTeen Support allows us to have an accurate understanding of the issues facing our young people. This can be effectively used by institutions and organisations within the community to change perceptions of mental health as well as shaping their wellbeing programmes for the future.
