Description

Molehill Mountain is an app developed by Autistica and King’s College London to help autistic people manage anxiety using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). Most autistic individuals experience anxiety regularly, with many showing symptoms severe enough for an anxiety disorder diagnosis.

The app allows users to track their worries, identify triggers, and observe patterns through daily check-ins. It also provides tips and interactive CBT activities to help understand and manage anxiety, addressing common issues like hypersensitivity to noise, light, and social difficulties.
