Description
Talk ED is a national, peer-led charity supporting anyone affected by any eating disorder or eating distress. We will meet you wherever you are in your journey, with personalised support.
Eating disorders thrive in silence. It isn’t easy to share your struggles with food, eating and body image with those around you, and it takes a lot of courage to ask for help. We’re here to help break down the barriers to talking.
We offer personalised, practical and accessible peer-led services that meet your needs; and use our lived experience to help you on your own path to recovery with true understanding and empathy.
Eating disorders also affect loved ones. It’s hard to know what to say or do to help the person you care for, or to let them know you’ve noticed they are struggling. We’ll listen and share practical tools and guidance to help and empower you to support your loved one through their recovery.
