Description

Centrepoint is a UK charity dedicated to supporting homeless young people aged 16-25 by providing housing and other essential services. They offer emergency accommodation and long-term supported housing to help young people transition to independent living. Along with safe shelter, Centrepoint provides tailored support, addressing the individual needs of each person, including mental and physical health care. This holistic approach helps young people recover from trauma, develop resilience, and gain stability.

In addition to housing and health services, Centrepoint focuses on education, employment, and skills development. They offer training programs, apprenticeships, and opportunities to build employability, helping young people break the cycle of homelessness. By focusing on both immediate needs and long-term development, Centrepoint empowers young people to rebuild their lives and move toward a brighter, independent future.
