After 5pm, individuals can contact the crisis line.
We aim:
- To provide a faster response to CYP in crisis and prevent crisis escalation.
- To increase accessibility through a flexible approach.
- To work with CYP and families to provide a brief intervention until the crisis is resolved, and there is no longer a role for the Hub.
- To reduce CYP presenting to A&E and Tier 4 admission.
