The Hub offers community-based assessment within 4 hours emergency and 24 hours for urgent cases between 9am-5pm, Mon-Friday, to CYP who are experiencing urgent mental health crisis. We aim:

  • To increase accessibility through a flexible approach.
  • To work with CYP and families to provide a brief intervention until the crisis is resolved, and there is no longer a role for the Hub.
  • To reduce CYP presenting to A&E and Tier 4 admission.
