Description
Service Description
CAMHS Access provides a central point of referral for professionals to refer children and young people with mental health concerns. These referrals may then be discussed with the young person, their family, or the referrer in order for the Access team to gather all the relevant information, offering signposting for support in the borough.
Generic CAMHS support children/young people and their families where there is concern about emotional or behavioural difficulties. Assessment and therapy can be provided to children/young people and families, where appropriate CAMHS clinicians consult with other professionals.
