Welcome to OCD-UK: Helping you understand Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
Information plays an important role in helping people understand and come to terms with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).
We’re here to educate, offer hope and support people through the difficult times, right through to recovery and everything in between, we are OCD-UK.
Around three quarters of a million people are thought to be living with severe, life impacting and debilitating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) here in the UK.

Whilst we undergo new staff and volunteer recruitment and training, our helpline is only available sporadically (5pm-8pm) Mon-Thu for the foreseeable future.
Therefore, we recommend you email your questions where we aim to respond within 24 (working) hours.
