Description

Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD) refers to a state in which we are severely impacted by experiencing recurring or long-term traumatic events. It is more often seen in people who experienced trauma during an earlier stage of development, or were abused by someone they thought they could trust such as a parent or carer. 

The symptoms of C-PTSD include feelings of worthlessness and shame, paranoia and finding it hard to connect with people.

By learning more about C-PTSD, we can hope to free ourselves and be more at ease in the world.
