This video takes you through a “guided imagery” exercise called “Rainbow”.
This exercise will help you to feel calm and relaxed.
Video: Soothing Breathing Exercise
This is a soothing breathing exercise, this will help you calm your body when you feel stressed, uncomfortable or fearful and it will help you to relax.
Make sure you have at least 10 minutes of private, undisturbed time to complete this exercise.
Video: Calm and Safe Relaxation Exercise
Feeling Calm and Safe is an exercise that relaxes your mind and body by focusing on your breathing and repeating words to help you relax.

This is a mindful attention exercise.
This exercise brings attention to each region of the body bringing awareness to what is already there.
