What does participation involve?

If you choose to take part, you will be invited to take part in a short interview (no more than 30 minutes) where we will talk about your experience of navigating mental health and wellbeing options on the Waiting Room website. During this conversation, we are particularly interested in hearing about:

  • Your overall experience using the website.

  • Any challenges you may have come across.

  • Whether you feel using the platform has led to positive changes in your behaviour or wellbeing.

Your feedback will play a crucial role in shaping the future development of the platform, ensuring it meets the needs of all users.
