We might link up with other agencies to ensure that you are getting the right support, for example ensuring that social care are aware of the challenges you are experiencing. We might help to create risk management plans to cope in crisis. Part of this work may be attending meetings and sharing our systemic formulations of the challenges you are experiencing.

We recognise that some families need additional support, we might refer out for other services to offer support or within our team we have the STAY team. STAY stands for Strengthening the Team Around You. The STAY team is able to consult on cases and holds a small caseload of families who need more intensive support.

If your young person has a Learning Disability and autism, it might be helpful to be added to the Dynamic Support Register (DSR). The DSR aims to create a space for the different teams working with your child/family to work together to offer collaborative support.
